Nordic Lights® will accept returns on all unused and undamaged products, received in the original packaging and in original condition. Exceptions may apply.
No Return of Used or Damaged Items
How to Return
Please submit your return request online with your order number and the details of your return request and we will do our best to make you happy. You will have to send the item back in it’s original packaging to the return address mentioned below. Please note we will not bear the shipping charges for any of the returns. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the refund.
Maximum Time Limit for Returns
A request to return an item must be made within 15 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you.
Refund against Returns
The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways:
- Free replacement of the Pot with another item of equal or higher value in case of return of the item shipped under the subscription plan;
- A refund in the original form of payment in case of item purchased from the web store.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a cheque in the name of the buyer which will be sent to the billing or delivery address on the credit card, after due verification.
